EasePro Consulting (“EasePro”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
What we collect
- Information you give us — company, revenue band, business type, industry, region, and message when you request a call, contact us, or download a free resource.
- Google sign-in — downloading a gated resource or requesting a call requires signing in with Google. Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us; we use them only to identify you and to avoid asking for your details again, and we record which resources you download and which enquiries you send. We do not receive your Google password or access any other Google account data. The details are kept in a signed cookie (see our Cookie Policy) and in our enquiry records.
- Engagement data — financial information you share with us during an engagement, handled under a separate engagement agreement and NDA.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used (if enabled).
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.
Data security
We maintain controls over how client data moves, who can access it, and how it is stored. Data security is built into how the firm operates.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email sales@ease.pro and we'll respond within a reasonable period.
